Unless otherwise stated, Paathshala and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Paathshala. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Paathshala for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Users are expected to maintain high standards of conduct and civil obedience, especially during one-on-one video sessions. You agree not to use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. Users must respect intellectual property rights and the privacy of others.

Safwhigre Technologies (OPC) Private Limited is committed to providing a safe and secure learning environment across our entire ecosystem, including the Paathshala.App mobile application. We have zero tolerance for any form of child abuse, exploitation, or harassment.

Specifically, we strictly prohibit the creation, sharing, transmission, uploading, or distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) on any part of the Paathshala platform. Any violation of these standards will result in immediate termination of the offending user's account, permanent blocking from our services, and direct reporting to the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) of India and other appropriate law enforcement authorities.

If you encounter any content or behavior that compromises child safety on Paathshala, or to report a violation, please contact our dedicated Child Safety Point of Contact/Grievance Officer immediately at paathshalasupport@safwhigre.com. All reports are investigated and acted upon with the highest priority within 24 hours.

Paathshala, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the service will meet your requirements.

The Mitra Study Companion and lesson generation features utilize advanced AI models to assist with learning. While we strive for absolute accuracy, AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Paathshala does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any information provided by the AI tutor. Users are encouraged to verify facts using official textbooks and curriculum guidelines.

We do not offer refunds once a purchase is made and service is provided, with specific exceptions for unsatisfactory service or unfulfilled services by teachers. For subscription-based classes, cancellations within two days of subscribing are eligible for a refund of the pending subscription cost. For one-on-one sessions, refunds are provided only if the teacher fails to show up. No refunds are offered for student absences or completed sessions. Refunds are processed within 7 days of the request.
